Dickson Makhumba : Managing Director
Dickson is the key person behind the business and overall in charge. He is a versatile and well qualified marketer under the Chattered Institute of Marketing ( CIM ) UK coupled with a vast knowledge and experience having worked in the Multi-national Paint Manufacturing company for 5 years ( Kansai Plascon Malawi ) as a Sales & Marketing Consultant, he has worked with several other companies including, Chombe Foods Malawi Limited as a National Sales Manager, Regional Manager ( North) for Zodiak Broadcasting Station and Steelbase Africa Malawi as a Sales Supervisor, just to mention a few.
Dickson is oriented towards client satisfaction and attribute that he brings to this business. His vast experience is also coupled with a vast network of professionals of various statures and positions in industry who add credence to the long term goals of the business and their attainment.
Andrew Kamwala : Finance & Administration
Andrew Kamwala is a Chartered Management Accountant who has extensive experience in Finance, Internal Controls and Retail Business experience obtained during his 12 years employment with BP Malawi. His financial ,internal control and managerial experience is derived from the eleven years with BP Malawi (now PUMA) working in the finance department. His last employment was with Malawi Broadcasting Corporation as Director of Finance and currently running several other businesses that includes AH Investments that deals with TNM Airtime Distributor and Puma Filling Station Dealer for Chitawila and Chileka Filling Stations.
Leonard Malemia: Contracts & Quality Assurance Manager
Leonard is well experienced in his line of work. He comes from a banking background and is a chartered banker with the Chartered Institute of Bankers (now Institute of Financial Services) UK. The business is thus able to structure its transactions in ways that insulate against all forms of loss.
This background is also assisting in the interactions of the business with regulatory authorities in regard to tax, duty, public procurement and exchange control regulations.
Wyness Kapota : Marketing & Operations
Wyness anchors the sales and operations drive of the business.
Previously She was working with Steel Base Africa as Marketing Manager before retiring to pursue personal interests.
She has varied business interests which are expected to bring an impetus to this business.
She is well versed with Sales and Marketing procedures. As a creative person and public speaker, Wyness enjoys a network of notable decision makers in industry which we believe will add a lot of value to the business too.
